Refund policy

We sincerely hope that all is delivered to your satisfaction, but do understand that there are times when returns to be made. In this instance, if at all unhappy with your order, under our no quibble returns policy, goods can be returned in an unworn state and with the full packaging for full refund if returned to us within 365 days of delivery. Unfortunately this does not apply to any goods which have been customised at the customers request. 

In order to reinforce our commitment to total customer satisfaction, we're also happy to confirm that all returns can now be made free of a return charge. To take advantage of the offer of free returns, please visit our returns portal on the Royal Mail website. Please note though that the free returns policy only applies to DOMESTIC orders-all international orders may be returned at the cost of the customer. The page can be accessed via this link:

Please include either a copy of your invoice or a note with your name and order number in the parcel, so that we may readily identify who the return is from and process the refund in an expedient manner. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please follow the procedure above and on the enclosed note, specify which size or item you would like to exchange the goods for. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your return. Once the refund has been processed you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
