Very good - I don't like my head to get too hot and in most hats I over-heat quickly. This is a good lightweight and breathable hat which i find is comfortable to wear and very small to fold away in a pocket once I am warmed up.

As a runner and in the winter, I always have issues with running hats not covering the very bottom of my ears and constantly pulling the hat down. This hat covers and does not ride up. Small detail but handy
